Another company canceled my appointment the day before they were scheduled to clean the vents, I reached out to 3 Wave Cleaning and they were able to fit me into their schedule about one month sooner than the company that just canceled on me. I’m so glad that other company canceled because the team from 3 Wave did an amazing job at a great price! They were on-time, extremely professional, did the little things right like immediately taking off their shoes when entering the house, explained everything that they were doing, and spent several hours completely cleaning a pretty dirty system. I talked to Mickey and Paul based on glowing reviews of 3 Wave Cleaning, and they were able to put me on the schedule for the very next day. They gave me a heads-up call 15 minutes before arriving in Salem MA, and they (along with Phillip) were friendly and consultative during the 40 minutes of service for a long overdue dryer vent cleaning and bathroom exhaust inspection. Their fee was very reasonable compared to others and it was easy to pay by card. I will definitely be calling on them again for ongoing maintenance!
